Possible Financials

• Fiscal year from September to August
• One common bank account, budget, and checkbook
• Annual Giving, Casino Night, Mom’s Night Out, and other community events would solicit parents from both schools
• Fundraising and contributions split 50/50 between both schools
• Money distributed via individual teacher allocation, grants, and specific projects prioritized by voting members of the joint association 
• Outgoing treasurer attends meeting with new treasurer in August to help with knowledge transfer
