Follow these instructions if you have completed the Request for Instrument Form. Instruments orders have been filled and are ready for you to pick-up between 1-3pm tomorrow (Monday: September 13). Please read the pick-up guidelines below as it is important that we maintain the district’s safety protocols during this process.
- Pick-up will occur on the upper parking lot (located between Correia and the YMCA) and will be done as a “drive-through” process. When you arrive please proceed towards the back of the school and make a U-Turn. Then, proceed to the pick-up area. Please remain in your car and our staff will bring you your instrument.
- The YMCA has activities going on in the parking lot from 1:45-3pm. Please drive slowly and be alert for children.
- Masks are required during the pick-up process. We’ll be wearing ours!
- This is a parent pick-up only. Students SHOULD NOT be on campus.
- To reduce traffic, we are staggering pick-up times as follows. If possible, please adhere to these pick-up times for your ensemble. If you cannot arrive during your assigned time, you may come when it is convenient or during the open pick-up time.
7th Grade Advanced Band: 1pm – 1:15
Beginning Band: 1:20 – 1:30
Jazz Ensemble: 1:30 – 1:45
Orchestra: 1:50 – 2:05
Intermediate Band: 2:10 – 2:25
8th Grade Advanced Band: 2:30 – 2:45
Open Pick-up: 2:45 – 3pm
If you cannot pick-up your instrument during this time, please email me so that I can arrange for an alternate time. Also, please email me with any further questions or concerns.
